Bahman Naraghi of Washington, DC, is a director with Peace Through Action® USA. Directors are governors of the organization and contribute to our strategic direction, promotion, resourcing, and oversight.
Bahman brings to this mission leadership position extensive experience in nonprofit project management and operations, grant and regulatory compliance, governance, and volunteer management. Bahman is currently between jobs, having most recently served as a project manager at Montgomery County, Maryland Department of Health and Human Services. Previous positions include director of project management at NACCHO, regional logistics manager at American Red Cross of the National Capital Region, and program officer at FHI 360. In addition to their director service, Bahman is a volunteer with the American Red Cross and the Project Management Institute. Bahman holds an LLM in International and EU Law from Vrije Universiteit Brussel. He is fluent in French and Farsi. Bahman holds certifications in project management (PMP and PSM), business analysis (ECBA), and is a licensed attorney in Ohio (inactive).
