About the Event:
On Thursday, November 21st, from 7:00 – 8:00 pm ET, Peace Through Action USA hosted “Peace at the Dinner Table: Strategies for Meaningful Family Conversations” via ZOOM. This FREE one-hour virtual session provided attendees with valuable communication tools to help navigate sensitive topics and cultivate mutual respect during holiday gatherings.
In this interactive workshop, participants explored ways to listen actively, respond thoughtfully, and create harmony in potentially tense conversations. This event aimed to support attendees in cultivating an atmosphere of understanding and connection, no matter the different perspectives around the table.
Through guided activities and reflective discussions, attendees gained practical strategies for promoting peaceful and respectful dialogue with their families. This evening was dedicated to empathy, connection, and meaningful conversation, helping participants deepen family connections and bring a sense of unity to their gatherings.
