Amos Falcón

Amos Perseo de Falcón, of Miami, Florida, is a director with Peace Through Action® USA. Directors are governors of the organization and contribute to our strategic direction, promotion, resourcing, and oversight.

Amos brings to this mission leadership position experience in nonprofit governance, organizational strategy, operations, technology governance, and leadership development.

Amos serves as head of risk & security with FERSERI Comercializadora S.A. de C.V., where he oversees technology operations, identity and access management, cybersecurity governance, and operational risk. His previous experience includes supporting mission-critical environments with the United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) and the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). He also served for nearly two decades in the United States Army, leading personnel in complex operational environments and developing expertise in leadership, organizational effectiveness, risk management, and mission execution.

Amos currently serves as board secretary for Break Free: Mental Health, Healing & Hope for Survivors, where he supports board governance, compliance, board communications, meeting administration, and organizational records. He also serves on the Advisory Board of The Warmth Initiative, contributing to governance modernization, organizational strategy, operational assessments, committee development, volunteer workforce strategy, and systems that strengthen accountability and sustainable organizational growth. Amos is an active leader with Toastmasters International. He served on the founding executive committee of Cancún Leaders and Speakers Toastmasters Club and currently serves as vice president, education, leading the club’s education program, mentoring members, and helping develop future communication and leadership talent.

Amos holds a Bachelor of Science in business management and is pursuing graduate studies in business leadership while continuing his professional development in corporate governance and board leadership.
