SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully. By opting into the Peace Through Action® USA dba (Brand Name/Trade Name) “Peace Through Action” text messaging service, you expressly consent to receive conversational, informational, and support-related text messages from us through our Microsoft Teams communication platform.

1. Program Description & Purpose

  • Conversational Use Case—The Peace Through Action® USA SMS service is strictly used for one-on-one conversational interactions, client support, and business communications.
  • No Marketing—We do not engage in automated blast marketing or unsolicited promotional campaigns via this platform.

2. Message Frequency

  • Variable Delivery—Message frequency varies based on your ongoing interactions, inquiries, and requests with our team. You will only receive messages in direct response to your communication or account needs.

3. Cost, Fees, and Carriers

  • Standard Rates Apply—Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
  • No Hidden Fees—Peace Through Action® USA does not charge a premium subscription fee for this service.
  • Carrier Liability—Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opt-Out (Stop) Instructions

  • How to Cancel—You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our phone number in response to any message.
  • Confirmation—After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  • Scope—Only the specific phone number that transmits the STOP keyword will be opted out of further communications.

5. Customer Support (Help) Instructions

  • How to Get Assistance—If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program or need assistance, you can reply with the keyword HELP to receive support instructions.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Data Confidentiality—Your mobile information and phone number will not be shared, sold, or leased to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Peace Through Action® USA dba (Trade Name/Brand Name) Peace Through Action is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or lease our customer lists to third parties.

  • No Sharing of Mobile Information—Mobile information, phone numbers, and consent collected for SMS purposes will not be shared, sold, or leased with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
  • Data Isolation—All text messaging data, history, and opt-in records remain strictly confidential and are used solely to facilitate communications between you and our support staff via Microsoft Teams.
  • Opt-Out Control—If you choose to opt out of our text messaging program by texting STOP, your phone number will be immediately flagged in our system to prevent any further outbound communications.
