About the Event:
Microaggressions may appear small, but their impact is harmful. These subtle, often unintentional slights can undermine trust, silence voices, and challenge mental health. Too often, they go unaddressed—not because people don’t care, but because we may lack the language or tools to respond.
This free virtual event from Peace Through Action USA will help participants understand the dynamics of microaggressions, explore strategies for responding with care and courage, and practice building cultures of dignity, safety, and belonging.
